Use and Care

Wash by hand with mild soap and a damp sponge. Do not soak, place in a dishwasher, microwave, or oven, or leave against direct heat. Dry upright with airflow on both faces. Apply a food-contact-suitable board oil when the wood appears dry. Use separate preparation surfaces as appropriate and inspect for deep cracks, loose blocks, or splinters before use.
