About Us

OUR BRAND STORY

Kivzo is operated by 128 SOUTH, LLC as a focused ecommerce store. The store is centered on kitchen cutting boards, acacia end-grain boards, reversible bamboo boards, and color-coded HDPE prep board sets, with product pages that explain size, materials, package contents, use, and care before checkout. Kivzo keeps the experience approachable by explaining product details, shipping, returns, and support in plain customer language.

OUR MISSION & VERTICAL FOCUS

Our mission is to make shopping for kitchen cutting boards, acacia end-grain boards, reversible bamboo boards, and color-coded HDPE prep board sets clear and practical. We keep the catalog narrow enough for customers to compare products by real details instead of browsing unrelated categories, and we align images, descriptions, shipping notes, return guidance, and support answers with the items actually offered on this website.

The Kivzo online storefront launched in 2026 to serve customers in the United States. We review listings before publication and keep product specifications, package contents, prices, availability, and customer policies current as the catalog changes.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

We support customers with clear policies, official contact details, secure Shopify checkout, order tracking, and a 30-day return window for eligible items. If a customer has a question before purchase or needs help after delivery, our team can be reached at support@kivzo.my during Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Before ordering, customers can use the listed dimensions, materials, package contents, and care details to decide whether an item suits their needs.
